The Dodgers announced that they have invited 17 non-roster players to Spring Training in 2015, including infielder Erisbel Arruebarrena, who has cleared waivers and been outrighted to Triple-A Oklahoma City.

Here’s the list:

Pitchers (7): Chris Anderson, Ryan Buchter, Robert Carson, David Huff, Josh Ravin, Sergio Santos, Julio Urias

Position players (10): Arruebarrena, Buck Britton, Matt Carson, O’Koyea Dickson, Kyle Jensen, Chris O’Brien, Corey Seager, Ali Solis, Darnell Sweeney, Shawn Zarraga

Besides Arruebarrena, four players from this group played in the Majors in 2014:

  • Butcher pitched a shutout 12th inning for Atlanta and got the win in his only career game to date. He had a 3.29 ERA in 63 Triple-A innings with 63 strikeouts.
  • Huff split 59 innings between the Giants and Yankees, with a 3.36 ERA and 39 strikeouts against 85 baserunners.
  • Santos, who had 30 saves and a 3.55 ERA for the White Sox in 2011, had 29 strikeouts but an 8.57 ERA in 21 innings with Toronto last year. The 31-year-old has averaged 11.3 strikeouts per nine innings in his big-league career.
  • Solis went 0 for 6 with the Rays in 2014.

Seager, Urias and Anderson are among the Dodgers’ top five prospects, according to MLB.com. Overall, nine of the 17 played in the Dodger system last year.
