No fewer than nine players from Double-A Tulsa have been invited to the Texas League All-Star Game, June 28 at Springfield, Missouri.

Position players Willie Calhoun, Drew Maggi, Alex Verdugo, Jacob Scavuzzo and Kyle Farmer were selected along with pitchers Brock Stewart, Trevor Oaks, Chase De Jong and Scott Barlow.

Calhoun (.855 OPS), Maggi (.854) and Verdugo (.795) are starters. Farmer (.807) has been sidelined since May 29, when he was hit by a pitch on the hand.

Stewart had a 1.12 ERA with Tulsa before being promoted to Triple-A Oklahoma City. The other three pitchers all have ERAs below 3.00.

Tulsa recently went on a 10-game winning streak that ended June 8.
