  1. How do we display them at the gate for entry to the game?

    • Jon Weisman

You can either print them out or simply show them on your mobile device.

      • Yes but the only way to “display” a ticket that I found was to preview it for printing. Is that the method? (FWIW, I certainly intend to print my tix and have them in my hand when I get to the gate.:-)

  2. If I transfer a ticket, does the other person have the option of printing the ticket or displaying the ticket on their mobile device as well?

  3. Does the person I transfer the tickets to need to have an account, or need to create an account?

  4. I loathe this new system… we have company tickets, imagine trying to coordinate tickets using the new system with 30 employees. There is no way to view a ticket once it prints, and when it premiered, I couldn’t transfer multiple games at a time.

This system is ridiculously hard to navigate for our older employees, and is causing me HOURS of work dealing with the system, and calling the Dodgers ticket office for help. I have been on hold and been transferred back and forth for an hour.

This is NO WAY to treat season ticket holders. The system doesn’t even NUMBER the games… so I have to sort by month.

In short, this system is the new bane of my existence. Why not offer the option for hard tickets OR online delivery?

    I am pissed.
